Yes. Wave sends automatic messages for payment receipts, plan-ending reminders (1 to 7 days before), plan-ended notices, hotspot codes, invoice reminders and an optional welcome message. Each can go by SMS, WhatsApp or both, and each has an editable template with tags like the customer’s name and expiry date.

Which SMS providers does Wave support?
Africa’s Talking, JulySMS, BlessedText and Celcom. You use your own account and sender ID, so you pay your provider directly.
How does WhatsApp work?
Open Settings → WhatsApp, enter your number and scan the QR code with that phone (or type the pairing code). Wave then sends receipts and reminders from your number.
Can I change the wording of messages?
Yes. Every automatic message has an editable template with tags for the customer’s name, plan, amount and dates. If you don’t change it, Wave’s default wording is used.
